We are normally looking for people who are passionate, self-driven, fast-learners, and with can-do attitude. Today, we are recruiting for Administrative Specialist to join our team.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable professional who can manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for administrative tasks and handle correspondence with professionalism. Provide comprehensive administrative support for ad-hoc requests, needed research, document preparation, organizing team outings, social events, ... etc.

Maintain and build good working relationships with our International partners. Support them with travel arrangements such as hotel, transportation, ... etc.

Handle and screen calls for potential Candidates. Manage the team calendar for planning and record of e.g., travels, absence, etc. Support the team with international travel arrangements and expense claims.

Create, schedule and publish posts and campaigns across multiple social media channels. Deliver regular analysis and reporting on social media metrics, content performance and campaigns results, and provide optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Excellent oral and written English Communication Skills.

Professional and friendly attitude.

Proactivity to resolve pop-up issues.

Discretion as you will be party to confidential information.

Ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills.

Flexibility and agility, with urgent requests.

Hands-on knowledge of social media management is a plus.

Experience with international companies is a plus.
