Senior Software Engineer
Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps & Cloud Engineer to take the lead in designing and operating scalable infrastructure on the Cloud. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on automation, security, and performance optimization—and wants to make a real impact on system reliability and engineering velocity. You should have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensures quality of all deliverables, according to project process and guidelines.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and rollback mechanisms.
  • Ensure infrastructure artifacts are properly versioned and committed to repositories.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and deliver new platform capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates in team meetings and track work through project management tools.
  • Ensure system performance, security, observability, and compliance.
  • Optimize infrastructure for cost-efficiency and maintainability.
  • Mentor developers on DevOps best practices and cloud operations.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Software Development with Python.
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Quality-focused mindset with experience in python linting, code checking tools (pylint, mypy, etc..), and version control practices.
  • Expertise in GCP services (Preferred), or AWS, and Azure.
  • Strong skills with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform and Helm.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD automation and GitOps workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and infrastructure design skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced agile environments.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and proactively.
